Our policies

Delivery

• We deliver anywhere within Edmonton.
• Delivery is a flat $15 anywhere in Edmonton, with a $60 minimum order.
• Pickup is always free, with no minimum order.
• Order before 5:00 PM any day of the week for same-day delivery.
• We usually deliver within the time frame you request, but it depends on how busy we are that day. If you really need a specific time, let us know and we’ll always try our best to make it work. Most customers are happy with delivery any time during the day.
• Prefer to pick up? Choose pickup at checkout. It’s free.

Payment

All orders are paid securely online when you check out, for both delivery and pickup. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

Changing an order

Order changes are possible as long as we haven’t started preparing your bouquet yet. Call or text us as soon as possible and we’ll take care of it.

Refunds & replacements

• Damaged or a genuine issue: if a bouquet arrives damaged or there’s a genuine problem, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund.
• Not happy with your bouquet: contact us as soon as possible. We can take the bouquet back and offer a refund or replacement.

Holiday pricing

Around Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, our wholesale flower costs go up a lot, so our bouquet prices increase during those periods too. Thank you for understanding.
